Amazing customer service, they stand behind their work, could not recommend them enough. I'm glad family run businesses that care this much still exist.

Prompt, friendly service and fair pricing. Quickly replaced a broken spring (the service requested) and lubed the rollers (not requested, just volunteered it). Garage door works as it did before and is now much quieter.

This place is never open. When called to ask when I can get service, they never called me back! Customer service -- NOT.

I had a great experience with Franklin Lock & Safe. After having a call with Ronn, he explained to me his services and was able to come by the next day to get the work done. He was done in under an hour and the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend Franklin Lock & Safe and am looking forward to working with them in the near future.

Went ther with an old chest and he came out to my car and got it open!

I called twice about a week apart and left messages to call me back. They never called me back, found someone else.

At the time this occurred this business was not registered on google so I’m writing this review now. Went into the shop with a key and cylinder that needed to be cut for my truck. Simple job. Little over a week later I came back to pick it up and promptly dropped it off at the shop I was working with so they could install it correctly. As it turns out he forgot to put a snap ring in place and the cylinder was stuck in the ignition as a result. Inoperable. After repeated calls this guy wouldn’t stand by his work to come out and fix the cylinder. The irony is the same shop that was working on my truck worked on his and even when they tried to follow up - nothing - Had to call a specialist out in Taunton to remove the ignition because this individual did a hack job on a simple key cylinder. So do yourself a favor - avoid this business at all costs
