They were excellent. They came out on a Saturday when I called at the last minute with an emergency. I had called 7 other places before I found this company online, and no one else even called me back. They answered their phone right away and were out within an hour. They were friendly, efficient, and on-time. Eric double-checked everything to make sure the locks were working properly before he left. He was nice to my dog too-lol! The pricing was fair and accurate to what they quoted me on the phone.-very transparent. I would definitely use them again--honest and trustworthy-5 STARS!!

Eric met me at my car in less than 20 minutes! He was very professional and courteous. When he found out my Jeep was a hard top, he very quickly called his boss who came out (on his day off no less!) to help get into my Jeep without using the air pump and damaging the fiberglass. Great service!!!!

Same day service and quick to respond. I will say that I don't like having to negotiate so hard for a price on-site (to replace just the deadbolt was quoted $385, then he came down to $300 cash, then to $250 cash and finally $175 after I did some research). In the end, nice guy, worked fast and did a good job. I understand everyone has kids to feed, but just hit me with a fair quote to start.
