Arrived within 30 mins of being called, got me back into my house after the lock had broken. Was able to fix it completely and did a great job. Even cleaned the entire area after that.

My car keys went missing at my event job. I looked for a few hours and the staff helped some but to no avail. It was about 1:30am. I was far from home and that was my spare key(the first lost by a family member 2 months prior). I suspect they were thrown out in the dumpsters by accident. I called a few locksmiths that said open 24 hours on google but they didn't answer my call/weren't able to guarantee someone can help me in the morning. They said I would just have to call in the morning and hope someone was around to service me. Which is not a very reassuring response. I found this company. The customer service was fantastic and prompt. They followed me through the whole procedure and had Vincent meet me on the sunday morning. Vincent was fantastic, professional, and knew what to do. It was fast, painless, and fairly priced. He gave me a new electronic key and a metal key. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this company and Vincent.

Got hung up on twice. I called to see if the company would be interested in a large project at a property in which i manage. When I called introduced myself and was hung up on twice. TERRIBLE customer service, a simple no thank you to the job would've been more appropriate.
