J'ai appelé l'entreprise ce matin au sujet d'un véhicule qui avait une batterie morte et je ne pouvais pas accéder au véhicule. J'ai appelé pour prendre rendez-vous. Ils n'ont pas fourni le prix complet avant la réservation comme indiqué sur leur site web. Et j'ai été facturé d'un frais d'urgence de 50,00 $ pour quelque chose qui n'était pas une urgence. Quand j'ai appelé pour demander pourquoi, on m'a dit que c'était un frais automatique pour tout appel d'affaires ou de véhicule. Je ne recommanderais pas cette entreprise. Il vaut mieux appeler ailleurs.

J'ai essayé d'appeler juste pour obtenir des réponses à quelques questions. La personne au téléphone essayait sans cesse d'obtenir mes informations, quand je lui ai dit que j'avais juste des questions et que je n'étais pas prête à faire venir quelqu'un sur mon emplacement. Je les ai trouvés très insistants et pressants au téléphone pour obtenir mes informations, une très mauvaise expérience, je ne les utiliserai jamais ou ne les rappellerai jamais.

facile et beaucoup plus rapide que de trouver le 'gars' au magasin de bricolage
