Service client très médiocre !! J'ai utilisé leur service quelques fois mais quiconque répond à leurs téléphones est très peu professionnel, ne voulait même pas m'écouter, juste pour dire que ce n'est pas sous garantie avant même de m'écouter. Je ne les utiliserai plus et je ne les recommanderai pas.

Service absolument fantastique de Shaw's Lock. J'ai grandi dans le comté de Bergen et Shaw's était un nom connu, donc nous les avons appelés pour s'occuper de nouvelles serrures pour notre magasin. Ils sont arrivés rapidement pour nous donner une estimation, ont fourni des conseils sur la meilleure façon de sécuriser nos portes, et étaient toujours agréables. Le même technicien a géré l'estimation et l'installation, donc il y avait toujours un visage familier, et tout le monde avec qui j'avais parlé dans l'entreprise était toujours plus qu'heureux d'aider. Je n'hésiterais pas à les recommander à quiconque ayant besoin de services de serrurerie à l'avenir.

Cette entreprise est vraiment bonne pour fabriquer de nouvelles clés et ils peuvent aider à changer les serrures. Mon mari et moi sommes venus et ils lui ont expliqué comment changer une serrure pour l'une de mes portes d'entrée. Ils sont très professionnels et offrent beaucoup plus que le département des clés et des serrures de Home Depot. Je viendrai ici pour toute clé dont j'ai besoin. Ils sont beaucoup mieux qu'un magasin en chaîne.

Je ne suis pas sûr... mais pour les clés, les serrures pour les êtres humains de tous les jours... ILS SONT EXCELLENTS. mainLock hackensack etc a dit "non... ça coûte trop cher de rekey ou impressionner" un cadenas maître.!!!!! J'ai appelé l'équipe de Shaw's et voilà en moins de 3 minutes ils m'ont obtenu un nouveau cylindre, 2 clés bam.. zoom payé et je suis heureux. s'il vous plaît, passez par ici.. je sais que je le ferai. quand "les pros ont dit NON" SHAW'S LOCKSMITH l'a fait. p.s. l'école de mes enfants dans le comté de Bergen les utilise aussi.. bien sûr
