La clé a très bien fonctionné.

Tous les styles de clé sauf un ont fonctionné (4 sur 5), et pour celui qui n'a pas fonctionné dans la serrure (clé de boîte aux lettres), l'équipe de support client a été formidable pour rembourser mes frais. Je suis nouveau sur l'application et le service. Je me suis inscrit et j'ai téléchargé des images de mes 4 clés, de plus j'ai visité un kiosque pour faire télécharger mon badge de sécurité de bureau également. Après avoir commandé des ensembles de mes clés par commande postale, toutes ont fonctionné sauf la clé de la boîte aux lettres. J'ai ensuite visité un kiosque pour faire scanner directement la clé de la boîte aux lettres au kiosque et la faire couper là-bas, mais malheureusement celle-là non plus n'a pas fonctionné. Une petite clé avec de nombreuses découpes, donc je ne peux pas dire que je suis surpris. Je n'ai cependant aucune plainte, car dans les deux cas, que ce soit par commande postale ou via le kiosque, les frais pour les clés qui n'ont pas fonctionné ont été immédiatement remboursés sur ma carte de crédit. Je recommande chaleureusement cette entreprise, leur application pour smartphone et leurs kiosques.
