I dropped off 2 door locks to my Jeep I needed to be rekeyed to match my ignition key. They told me it would be done in a couple of days. for over 2 weeks I called and they were not done. I had my Jeep painted and needed to put the locks back in and they never even started to do the work on them. I stopped by multiple times and their shop was a mess with lock parts scattered all over the floor and boxes of junk everywhere. I don't know how they operate like this. I finally got mad and went in and got my locks back. I called another locksmith who took care of the locks in 5 minutes. This business should be shut down! They were horribly mean to me when I went in to get the locks back as if I was doing something wrong!!! I will tell everyone I know to never use this company!! BEWARE!!!

I've been working with Wiley at Beacon Locksmith for years. He does an amazing job as he's the best in the business. There is nothing he can't do. A friend accidentally called another locksmith service once. That man was stumped and could not figure out her lock. I called Wiley and he came over and handled the situation with ease. He's just that knowledgable. Such a friendly wonderful man too. Very nice to work with. Hire Wiley. You'll be glad you did.

I called them to come out and look at a key lock on a sliding glass door that we have had problems for years with. She was happy to have someone come out but suggested first for me to try WD-40 and it worked! What a helpful and honest suggestion. Thank you and you have earned my loyalty!

We had an unfortunate auto lockout with our dog way out in KP. Their response time was 30 minutes to free our hot pup (who locked us out). Saved us having to break a window. Other companies wouldn’t service so far away.
