Locked myself out of my house. They require a $50 fee just to drive to your house. They wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone & the the technician told me 35 mins to an hour. When they finally arrived an hour later they quoted me $280! I told them I couldn’t pay 280 & I’d call someone else. He said “ since I’m already here what can you pay. “ I’m convinced they make up prices to see if they can get over on you. I would not recommend this company. I encourage you to find a LOCAL locksmith. Also, after they completed the job the company called and asked “how much did you pay for the services?” The company was sketchy from the beginning but I had already paid the $50 fee, which was non refundable.

Horrible experience, technician told us a price of $209, halfway through the work upped the price to $323!! Customer service does not care and will not fix the situation, plain out rude. DONT waste your time or money here.

I made copies of my house key at the self serve keyosk at Safeway grocery store so I was skeptical but I went home and it worked! I also ordered a copy of the same key but with the Broncos logo for my significant other and it had to be mailed and actually arrived ahead of the 5days it said it would take! Great Quality and Fast Service is always a winner for me!

I was charged nearly $200 for less than 20 minutes work to replace a small mailbox lock. Included in this was an $85 charge for a lock that was $25 elsewhere. There was a dollar fee for a receipt that was handwritten with no business logo or any identifying information. Then someone from "customer service" called and wanted me to take a picture of the mailbox to ensure I would get a warranty. Very unprofessional. This business contracts out to freelancers. Will NOT use again and tell others about my experience. Go to BBB website instead of trusting google reviews. Owners response to negative reviews is always a cookie cutter few sentences. No thanks, there won't be a next time. I will go elsewhere.
