We were having some troubles with our golf cart batteries, and Don came to our rescue! He even did a home visit, which is a huge plus for us as we don't have the means to transport our cart. He was highly knowledgeable, and showed me step by step what the issue was. We went to the store for notary services. They were friendly and showed a great profesional demeanor. The process was smooth and fast. The store has implemented social distance. They gained new customers that will happily return since they provide the best service in the area.

The store itself is nice and is helpful to small business owners since it sells their items which I think is great especially in today’s time. However, I went there to get my finger prints done and the owner was at the register. The same complaints others had about her employees are the same complaints I have about her. She was not welcoming or friendly. She first told me to wait until she was done with a few customers before she does my fingers prints which, I understood because finger prints take about 5-10 minutes max. She then proceeded to take new people who kept coming in one after another and still I patiently waited. When she finally got to me 20 minutes after my appointment she didn’t apologize or even say anything that would make the situation partially better. Being a nurse I understand time restraints and having to prioritize certain situations. This was poorly organized and I recommend going somewhere else for your business. Edit: Just to be clear to everyone reading this I did not and won’t ever have a verbal altercation with someone in public. The owner who believes she had some “choice words” with me is incorrect. I don’t appreciate any of the slander and that was extremely unprofessional. My attitude was not friendly I admit that but, she also had me waiting without a simple “I’m sorry”. Customer service is important when running a business. I understand the current situation fully and appreciate the fact that stores are still open with everything going on. However, there is always a better way to do things and this is my review and OPINION of how it was carried out. Thank you, hope business improves.

Yesterday dropped off a box to go FedEx Ground to Virginia. Just tracked it and it's still at the store! I gave the box to them at 1:45 yesterday, and I had a gut feeling that something would go wrong due to it being slightly busy there. I went ahead with my day. I called this morning and a lady apologized and said it would go out today. I told her that it HAD to be there in the 2 days FedEx quoted me! Her scripted response was that ground service is 3 to 5 business days and there are no guarantees! OK...I get it because of the upcoming holiday season for shipping, and she said she put the box in the wrong area and the Ground driver missed it! OK....mistakes happen but she didn't go any further to rectify the problem, didn't even try! I told her it was important and she has to remember that when someone sends out a package it's time definite for sure! I still don't have a good feeling about this, not until I get a confirmation that FedEx picked it up!
