I was blessed to have (Ken) assist me with getting back into my home. He arrived within the given ETA and approached me in a professional and calm manner. The type of lock was somewhat complex. However, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Despite the issues with the complexity of the lock he remained professional and courteous to me throughout the timeframe. Horrible!! Doesn’t even make copies like in google said... customer service is disgusting!!! The ladies there were treating me like garbage!! And they were giving me an attitude for no reason!!
