After Subaru quoted me $240 and LockSmith told me $90, this place made a copy of my Subaru key for $2.00! I bought a key head from carkeyexpress.com and brought it to Action Lock and Key to cut the key.

I made an appointment with Dabbs Lock for 10am on a weekday for a residential lock problem. At 9:55am I rec'd a text msg stating that they were running a bit behind but they would be here soon. They never showed. I called their answering service at 2pm - as I hadn't heard anything - and they assured me they would have Dabbs call me. No call. No show. Very unprofessional. I live within 1 mile of this company and I was trying to do business locally. I was counting on my problem being fixed as this was hinged on other workers completing a job.

Made appointment ahead of time. Received confirmation for the appointment and they did not even show up. Two hours later had to leave. Terrible way to conduct business.

We moved into a new home and the owners had no keys for the back doors or garage. Dabb's was able to conveniently schedule online for the next business day. They were punctual and replacing 5 locks took just under an hour. Everything is working beautifully, the price was very fair and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for local service in the area.

Locked myself out taking out the garbage. Used a neighbors phone to call Dabbs. They told me 30 min. Were there in 25. Quick, efficient and friendly.

Locked myself out of my home. Called at 1:40. Called twice more to their service. Still sitting in my car at 5:00. I cancelled at 5:53 with no reply. I called another shop. They were great previously and I wanted to give them my business again.
