After Subaru quoted me $240 and LockSmith told me $90, this place made a copy of my Subaru key for $2.00! I bought a key head from carkeyexpress.com and brought it to Action Lock and Key to cut the key.

I cannot say enough about P&M. I have used them several times and they are great. Both times they were at my property within an hour. Mark is so nice and professional. Their pricing is unbeatable in my opinion especially for the quality service you get. They are neat and so quick! I had a special key that I used and Mark even went out of his way to go back to the office so he could key me another one! Do not use anyone else - you won't be disappointed!

I started my day thinking I had a real pain in front of me. My battery died in my truck. A coworker mentioned B&B. My battery was replaced with a simple on line order and visit to your store in Woburn. There I met Chuck, an older gentleman with a GREAT attitude. There was nothing easy about changing my battery but he and I together made it happen no problem. What a great experience! Thanks Chuck.

I had a battery that needed to be replaced in a car key. Try as I might, I couldn't get the key open. The guys at the store took care of it quickly - including reassembling the key for me. And handing it back to me in a disinfectant wipe was an appreciated nice touch. Highly recommended.

Bought a big lead-acid battery. I was very concerned they might sell me an old one that had been drained by sitting around for months. Lead-acid batteries never recover from draining. Sales staff had a brand new one made in the last week that had a full charge on it. I was very happy that they addressed my concerns and made me feel confident I was getting a top quality top condition battery.
