I tried using the Key Me kiosk here in Bed Bath & Beyond for the first time today. Bad overall experience. I tried Having multiple Keys made at almost $4 per key and all of them came out unusable. I did give each of them a try on my door and none of them worked. I will give customer service credit that they were very responsive and they were able to issue me a refund only by the second call. disappointed in the kiosk, and somewhat disappointed in bed bath and beyond for hosting something with such mediocre results/quality of standards. Would not ever recommend that kiosk to anyone.

This locksmith is totally unresponsive. I went down to their office over a month ago and asked them to replace the brass handle with lock on the front door. They ordered the part and I went down again and asked them to install it. They said they would install it in like 3 days. But they never came and never called me. They don't communicate and are worthless as far as I am concerned.

I was locked out of my rental car with my keys and purse while on a business trip. I was so upset because I had to drive home to NJ. This company came to my rescue immediately, and were able to open my car with ease - just a universal key. I cannot thank them enough. They have excellent service and very good prices.
