DELTA provides security at the professional plaza where our office is located. We have been there for 8 years now and there have been problems with transients and drug addicts, we have had break-ins, car burglaries, and there were always transients sleeping and urinating on the property. Since DELTA has been providing security everything is SO MUCH BETTER! There are no longer transients on the property, there hasn't been any crime on the property and we finally feel safe coming and going from our office. Security officers from DELTA were able to clean up the area and really turn things around quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who has these kinds of issues.

We had used Delta Private Security Service from our previous owner of the office building we bought. Many tenants complaining about the non presence or not responding to security issues for our offices he has a contract to protect. As owner I have asked David to meet or provide security camera pictures when tenant's car being broke in, but he did not respond instead asking us sign him full time night guards from his company in tenant text messages. Many times tenant car got broken in the night not only he did not report to either us or the tenant what happened, tenant and I have to tell him what happened. Either he did not monitor the security Camera which he supposed to monitor 24/7 or plainly not care. When we give him a 30 day notice to terminate the contract, he stopped service immediately, pulled his company logo and sign from his office suite, sending threatening emails to tenants, but keep occupying our office suite which is to be exchanged for the Delta Private security service: nightly patrol, parking his security vehicle at our premises, monitor security Camera recording 24/7, 8-9 hours of Delta private Service employee present at the office. We asking him to meet to look at the office condition, he always has a reason not to meet. Overall, I do not recommend Delta Private Security service to others.
