Not knowing the area very well, and having no one I knew near, Newcomb towing made it easy for me to get my car to a repair shop that would be open the following day (Saturday). Excellent customer service. We requested a tow, and in the 30 min. wait time, our car ended up starting. We called to cancel the tow at the same time they showed up. They were very polite and “glad” we didn’t need them after all. No charge or sneakiness about the now- unnecessary tow at 8:45 at night.
