I locked my keys in my car at Walmart, I called gaurdian lock and safe to come unlock my door. When the guy got there he took a slim Jim and started shoving it between the window and the inside of the door not being careful whatsoever. He ended up finally unlocking the door by wedging it open. When he was messing with the slim Jim he broke all the components that allow me to open the door from the inside so I had to climb out the passenger door. They said they would fix it so I took it in and they did just a terrible job and the door worked for a day and broke again. I ended up having to pay 80 dollars for him unlocking the door and I had to take it to a body shop and spend an extra 300 for a professional to fix my door and I didn’t even get my money back from gaurdian lock and safe. Very poor service if you ever lock your keys in your car or need anything that has to do with locks I strongly recommend NOT going to gaurdian lock and safe. Check all other options first. Again, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

Every time I have ben their they do me well. Take great care of me. I do like the people that work their. And they do great work. On a scale from 1to 10 I would give them a 10. They get all my business. I would hiley recomend them over the other werren

Locked myself out of my house 2 days in a row. Same gentleman showed up both times and got me in quick. I will definitely call these guys again if I need lockout service. Fast, professional, extremely friendly, even took a few min to say hi to my dog :)

I came into Guardian Lock & Security with a broken key fob and asked if they could help... They were very professional and most helpful at the task I put them up against... Jeremy and Jarod were working on getting my car key fixed ... I say task, because it really was... they not only fixed my issue but they didn’t charge me an arm or a leg... Id give this business 10 stars if I was able to... Thanks so much for all you two guys did... I appreciate good businesses with great people...!!
