Zero stars outsource of evil empire, double charged me for fixing flat & left with tire flat had to call tow company. Pass these scumbags up... Take your money & leave you flat... Literally!!! Stop... Don't call!

The technician they sent to jumpstart my car today did not know how to use the equipment therefore was unable to jump my car. He connected the cables to both my vehicle and his and did not even have the power on in his car. This is all after waiting an hour and a half out in the cold and rain, with my window stuck open. After waiting another hour and a half, another company sent someone that actually knew how to jump a car. I have complained to my insurance company who sent Pop-A-Lock and will insist on never accepting their service again.

I was notified at 0611 this morning that the wait time was approximately 45min. An hour later I called to verify the ETA, and was informed the driver went to another job instead and I need to wait for another 30min. I finally received a call after waiting another 40min to verify the address. The driver said he'd be here in 15. The driver winds up at a different location on the opposite side of town and after several calls as I was trying to give him direction to my location (not sure how he wound up there) he cancelled on me. The worst part of it was the operator from this company calls and says he tried to get a hold of me and couldn't and also I wasn't at the location! He absolutely loved and probably didn't want to do the job. If you don't want to work find another job but don't make others suffer because of your lack of professionalism and incompetence! Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy as they lie to get out of jobs!

Same experience as the other 1 star reviews - dispatcher is overly optimistic with arrival times. He said 30 minutes. I called after 45 minutes and was told “a few more”. After over an hour I gave up and went with someone else.

Omar had exceptional customer service when he arrived! I was dealing with a very stressful situation and he was very optimistic that it would work out. I don’t think my life would be the same if this man didn’t help me out!! I recommend his and Pop a lock services to anybody in need in the tri New Jersey county although they service most of Northern and Central Nj

I needed to change the old lock on the door to a stockroom closet. He replaced it quickly, and you can't tell the other one had to be indifferent. I left a message for locksmith, and he called me back after few hours. His services charge was very reasonable and I would suggest him to anyone who needs a locksmith.
