Fantastic Customer Service!!! I called this company's Mastic location at 9am this morning for a lost key for one of my service vehicles. I spoke with Susan on the phone who was very kind and courteous and dispatched a Tech to my vehicle by 10:30am!!! Super Fast service!! The technician, Matthew, was very prompt and professional, new key made, and my vehicle back on the road!!! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend their services!

Went in to have a tow hitch lock removed. Rusted on with the key lock seized. Robert was the man who helped me out. He didn’t give up until the job was done and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company

This company is the best hands down I was in a huge jam and got locked out of my dump truck while picking up material for a job site and all employees couldn’t work without me delivering material. I tried to call the “other guy” who showed up and couldnt get into the truck. I called Suffolk county locksmith in Bohemia and they showed up in 15 minutes and got into the truck no problem. They even made me a spare key for free! These guys are the best!!!
