Called for an item and yes they had it in stock. I wasn't able to make it there until a week later and called again to ensure it was still available, "sorry, we don't carry that"... Really? Because you did last week.... Called back an hour later and spoke with someone else, "yep we have that". Now I'm confused so I went for a drive. Parking stinks, you wont get close. Walked in asked for the item, "sorry we don't carry that". Someone needs to get everyone on the same page. Yes, they did in fact have my item but now wanted $10 more than the phone quoted price. If it wasn't for the fact that they were the only store that had it in stock I would have walked. That earned them another star above the 1 I was going to give. Next time I'll do without rather than deal with that level of ineptitude.

We bought a brand new Maytag dishwasher on 7/10/20 and it was not cheap. It worked for 3 weeks and then one day randomly stopped mid cycle and gave an error code. Called Jimmy Payne's a couple of times and they advised they could not help and to call Maytag direct. I called (probably 20 times to date), initially the part was on back order, 2.5 months later after many calls...the part arrives broken. Now in nearly November a third party company finally replaced the part - only to determine that it also needs another part replaced. We are still hand washing dishes after spending close to a $ grand on a machine that should last years and do it for me. After hearing from others I do not think this place is selling quality appliances. Unfortunately I'll have to stick with Big Box Home Depot & Lowes who would have already replaced it to insure we were taken care of. * Oh, the people are nice
