Great neighborhood hardware store. Also the stuffs are very professional and also friendly. Just the parking space is a little congested but right beside the store there is Lokoil gas station so parking is not much of an issue.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I phoned on a Friday afternoon and was quoted $19 for the visit and a starting price of $35 for the lock, $65 starting for a dead bolt. I asked if I could schedule a time and they did not tell me this would cost more. The locksmith phoned me an hour before the appointment to say he was at my house, I was obviously not home as I had scheduled a different time. When I arrived, he looked at the lock and told me it was $120. When he wrote the bill, it was $150. As a female, I felt uncomfortable disputing this at 10:30pm outside my home on a 25 degree night as this man had just unlocked the door to my home. I phoned the business for a week to speak to a manager or owner, when he returned my call, he said there was nothing he could do because I had already paid and I should have disputed this in the moment. They lied about the price and refused to do anything about it. I'd highly recommend using a different business. The company was not hung up on when we spoke to rectify the situation. They never offered to rectify anything and said I shouldn't have accepted the service or agreed to pay the bill.

these guys are the best. i lost my only key fob to my car, but i had the spare remote starter just sitting in my glove compartment... i called these guys up to get into my car, so that i can remote start my car in order and put it neutral to pull out of the spot so that AAA can tow it to the dealer. i would highlu recommend!!!

My sister locked her keys in the house, called DM lock smith at 10pm, tech said it’ll take him an hour to get to her... my sister called me by 10:45 to let me know he’s there and got her in already. I’m Very satisfied with the punctuality and would recommend.
