Highly recommend. Used to replace locks, handles, keypad and rekeying all doors . Did great work, was quick, very knowledgable and reasonably priced. Flexible with scheduling and even came back to troubleshoot and adjust a keypad issue with equipment that was not installed by him. We will certainly continue to use for future locksmith needs.

Marissa is amazing! I inquired about a hard to get battery specific for my vehicle application, especially with the cold front that was coming and a battery that could barely start my vehicle. She understood my concern and without asking went above and beyond to get me my battery as soon as possible and even had the battery maintainer that they did not have in stock. Shipped to my house within 48 hours. Thank you for the amazing service and product!

Purchased a battery from this location appx. 3 1/2 years ago for a car that doesn't get driven in the winter. Tried to start the car last week and the battery was dead so I put it on a battery charger but it would not charge - with the charger indicating that the battery had a bad cell. Took it to batteries plus to be replaced under the warranty - pro rated of course, and was told that they needed to try to charge it and run some tests. The next day I phoned them and the tests had still not been run yet, but was told they would call me when the tests were complete. I phoned them 5 hours later only to be told that the battery would not charge and would not be covered under warranty because "I had neglected the battery". When I went to pick-up my dead battery, I told by the young boy behind the counter that if this was the way they do business, they just lost me as a customer. At that point, he pointed to the door and said that since I was no longer a customer, I should be leaving. Nice job Batteries Plus!!!
