Highly recommend. Used to replace locks, handles, keypad and rekeying all doors . Did great work, was quick, very knowledgable and reasonably priced. Flexible with scheduling and even came back to troubleshoot and adjust a keypad issue with equipment that was not installed by him. We will certainly continue to use for future locksmith needs.

I called this number for assistance to get into my home. The technician arrived 15 minutes after he said he would arrived, and I had to call him to inquire about the status. He swiftly got me in the house, for which I am grateful. However, as I went to address the key situation after he left, the lock will no longer receive a key into it. I called the number back and was informed that this company does not provide service in my area, and I had been transferred to another company without my knowledge. I am now waiting for a tech to call me back about my lock not working and am told I will be charged to fix it. Edit: I was called and informed that the $239. and change I was charged (for three minutes with the lock, not counting drive time) was only to get me into the house. To return the lock to working order, that wasn't broken prior, I just didn't have the key and couldn't remember the code, would have been either an additional charge in the moment OR, now, would be an additional service call to fix it. I understand that getting into a lock without a key could break it. I locked myself out, that's the reality and consequence. But I do not understand 1) not informing me that this procedure would no longer allow the key function to work 2) offer to put it right in the moment since evidently it doesn't have to be a permanent state and 3) why I would now pay additional money for a whole new service call to fix something that it makes zero sense to have left less functional that when we started this process, for no reason other than charging more money. I am over a barrel in the moment at $225 for the service with the tech in front of me and the dog in the house for over 12 hrs. Now I am in my house, but I am ALSO, for $225 plus tax, and left with a now unnecessarily broken lock.
