Unmanned keyosk. Kept saying that all my keys had chips in them even the ones that didn't. Price for the chipped key was more than twice the price of what the Chevrolet dealership charged.

My new key worked great and I and my friends love the options available to decorate them! I got "Finding "Nemo", "Mickey Mouse" and "cheeeta" decorated keys & all were delivered by the date promised. I will certainly use your company for keys, when needed, in the future.

I had to change the lock’s doors in my new apartment. I had wonderful experience with this company comparing to other company that I have tried. Great customer’s service, I replaced the locks doors for my entire new house.highly recommended

My husbands key to my (push to start) car was lost so we brought another key online and called Safeway to have it programmed. They where friendly and nice, got it done the same day I called which I did not expect at all, at a great price and it was done in minutes. From call to completion it was all of about 45 mins in total

Horrible Horrible Horrible Needed new storm door handle assembly and inner mechanism. Spoke to technician, Larry who called at the time he was supposed to show up and asked for an extra hour. (5pm to 6pm) 6:15 - no Larry - 6:20 technician Sam calls and said he’d be right there because Larry couldn’t make it. Shows up at 6:45. Drilling in the door from till 9pm. Long story short, Sam installed the outer brass housing crooked on the outside of the door. (Looks ridiculous) The new storm door handle smacks up against the frame as it closes Sam wanted $300 for this. Just to get him out of my house I offered $225 which he accepted. I’m sick about the whole experience. 5/20/2021 Update to the group on this post: Management from Safeway Lock and Key have laid out a plan that would fully address my problem as reported in this post. I am cautiously optimistic after a visit to my house that he will follow through with the solution as described. There was a fast response to my complaint which has left me hopeful that a resolution is at hand. I will keep this thread open till resolution.

Went out for a fun day on the river and ended up losing my keys in the water. I called and was put in touch with the technician Byron. Byron was super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my vehicle. He turned what was supposed to be a carefree awesome day ended up in a bad one, back to an everything will be ok again moment. Byron is very amicable and an overall delight to be around. Excellent customer service. Will certainly recommend him for anyone that needs a key.
