I thought my key had a micro chip in it so I was happy to only pay $30. When I received the key, I was not thrilled to see that I paid $30 for a key that I could have gotten for $5 at a hardware store faster than the one week shipping with key me. The key works well but not worth the price.

Was fast and easy service. Although, it was pretty pricey. I would call someone closer in range and maybe try not to leave my keys in the car again. Online it says Syracuse, but the person was 20 mins away and charged by the miles. I was in Syracuse and only a half a mile away from this location. My bill should’ve been cheaper.

They said it was $29 for an estimate. When he got there he quoted over $300 to change the lock! Then pressured my wife into paying $50 to his personal venmo account for the estimate! Terrible service! They clamed the lock was un-pickable. The next day I had a friend try to pick it and he had it open in 2 minutes I bought a new lock on Amazon and changed it for $20.

I live in West. Point but it took 25 mins for him to arrive. He opened my car which is what I needed but very pricey $185. I don’t know if that is going price or not. He came in his personal vehicle. He said he didn’t have company van. I paid him personally by Venmo. Would have rather paid company but what do you do? I was in a spot so I did it.

Worst service ever. I called and they said it would be a $30 fee to have the guy come out and then additional costs on top of that. When he arrived he wanted $50 for a fee instead of the amount that was previously stated. And he didn’t even fix our problem. Would not use again and I do not recommend to anyone. Edit: And when the owner left this comment below saying they wanted to “make it right”, I called the number at least 5-6 times and the customer service was awful. They continually said “we’ll call you back” each time and never did. This place is an absolute scam.
