They did what they said they'd do, they did a good job of it and they didn't overcharge me! I was surprised and very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the fairness of their fee! I'd lost the key to a small gas-powered Yamaha scooter. I asked them how much it would cost to make a new set of 2 keys. They said I'd have to bring it in and it would cost me somewhere between $35 and $70. I was immediately sure it would be $70. I asked how long it would take. They said I'd need to leave it one or two days. I was sure that meant two to four or five.the The next day, I called, just so I could hear them tell me it would be another day or two. They said it was done, I could come pick it up any time. They made new keys. I couldn't believe it. I went in, tried them out, they worked perfectly. How much? He looked at his ticket. "That'll be $40.17." What did he say, I thought? $40.17? I was sure it was as going to be $70.99 or at least $ 69.99. He only charged me $5 more than the minimum and $30 less than his maximum!. And they did a perfect job! This place is owned an run by old-fashioned locksmiths with old-fashioned values and solid character. This is a top-notch business. I'll come back here anytime & every time I need keys or locksmithing of any kind.

Arrived soon after I placed a call for our broken front door lock. Super helpful and went beyond what I ever expected. We had been using packing tape as a solution for the broken door lock and the repairperson even took the time to clean all the sticky off! Great service overall!
