I had a great technician in Anthony who came out to me at Six Flags after my keys fell out of pocket on the Goliath roller coaster. He got there really fast and got us taken care of in a timely manner to save our trip! Highly recommend.

Recently I had to get three passage keys and three deadbolts re-cored, and I am so glad that I trusted the positive reviews others had given of AM-PM. I called in the evening to schedule an appointment and I was given a time the very next day. That day, I received a timely confirmation call and was in regular contact with the technician, Dagan, who kept me informed of his location and when I could expect him. Dagan arrived exactly on time. He verified my needs, made sure everything was okay to start, and then immediately got to work after giving me an estimation of how long it would take. Dagan finished well within the estimated time and double-checked everything with me to ensure that I was satisfied. He was courteous, competent, and capable. The quality of workmanship was excellent, all of the doors now actually move and lock more smoothly than they did before. The price was extremely fair in consideration of the quality of work done. I highly recommend AM-PM American Locksmith, and Dagan in particular. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the vehicle lockout service i received from Anthony. The service was quick & easy, he opened my car door in less than 5 minutes. He also helped me to look for my car keys I thought I had locked in my car. I really felt he went above & beyond w| unlocking my car door, making a copy of my key & suggested other car services i may need to get done. I've visited this place on 2 or 3 occasions and it is always closed. You have the option of calling the number on the door which a young lady picks up and says every single time that the technician is on a call. They then offer to take your name, number and whereabouts (not sure how safe that is) so that the technician can call/meet up. Sometimes that call comes, other times it doesn't. I'm not doubting they do great work based on the other reviews but this has been my experience so far.

I love this concept of automated key duplication. I walked up, followed the prompts, put the key in the slot and selected how many keys I wanted. Payment is simple and I love the idea of having an electronic copy that I can duplicate without having the physical key with me (Great in the event the kid's lost the key!). I love this!
