You will not find a better company then Apex, they are the most professional, friendliest, and experienced. I had a problem with my front door lock around 7pm, thinking I would have to leave my door unlocked with a wide open hole in the door, I called Apex and the owner was able to come out that night and took care of my problem in a super timely manner. He was one of the friendliest people I ever met and couldn’t recommend his company any higher. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their prices were also affordable and reasonable! Thank you Apex

We have issues with several locks on our doors, along with a lock that was broken off one night. As the Owner of Black Diamond Billiards in Union,NJ... I can say I was beyond satisfied with there services. The owner Sunny was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about his work. They are prompt is responding to your needs. I foolishly locked my keys inside the house and my friend suggested Alex at Nova. I am glad I called. Alex answered quickly and stated 45 minute arrival time. He arrived before the estimate and called to keep me informed of arrival time. Alex was courteous and walked me through the process. He was also careful to check my ID. I was looking to have a replacement key made and reached out to Advanced County Locksmiths. I will end up getting it done at my dealer as I have other routine service that needs to get done, but my interaction and experience with Chris was fabulous. He was super responsive to my email and inquire and very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I am not able to do business here at this time, but would definitely follow back up and recommend them to friends!
