Unreal how bad the service parts department is. Spent several thousand dollars over the years on snowblower, lawn mower string trimmers. Yet any time I need parts or service these clowns can’t provide. The clueless guy at the service desk today can’t even give me the right spark plug when one is handed to him. I am done with these jokers. HORRIBLE

Today was my first trip to Danvers Hardware. My string trimmer would not start, period. Two days of cleaning and maintenance, watching countless YouTube "How to..." videos and lots of tearing my hair out. I called, and they said "Sure, bring it in". I went to the rear service desk where I explained to the man behind the counter "It just won't start". He took it and said "Well, let's see...I have "The Magic Touch". Good luck with that. He takes it outside the back door, fiddles with a couple controls, pulls the cord, and it ROARS to life. Sonofabitch! As my jaw hit the ground, the other gent behind the counter said "Like he said...The Magic Touch". I am flabbergasted and sooo grateful!! No charge, just happy to help. This is the epitome of Top Shelf Customer Service and why I don't shop the big box stores. I will definitely be returning to Danvers Hardware. THANK YOU Mr. Magic Touch!
