it charged me twice for one key and they key was not cut correctly. $16 dollars wasted

I am a Realtor and us this service on almost every house I list to make extra keys for the lockbox. I have never have a key not work when using minute key. Love the convivence.

I called to get a key made for my semi since the key machines don't keep them in stock, no one answered the phone got a text back instead , told them what I needed and no need for a call out I can bring the key to them, the person text me back saying 75 dollars for one key, this is not a key with a chip in it or anything, nothing special, so I called triangle safe and lock they said 5 dollars per key. Told the person texting me that I was going to triangle safe and lock instead and they texted back lol OK, very unprofessional. I went and got 4 keys plus 2 for my pickup for 32 dollars .

I used this service to get my car unlocked after locking my keys inside. While the service itself was fine (guy arrived quickly and unlocked my door quickly) I will never use this company again. They charged me $130 for this. It took 30min from phone call to service complete. When I asked about the high price the guy said he had to charge more because it was Sunday and “there’s extra fees.” I’m like, “What?????” Sunday’s aren’t that special. You run a 24/7 service. Why are you charging me more for a Sunday? Literally no other service charges more on Sundays. What’s so different about order a car unlocking on a Sunday @ 10a vs on a Tuesday @ 10a????? I ended up paying so the guy would get away from me but I won’t use this service again and I won’t recommend it to other people.
