Forgot keys inside the house. They were quick to respond and reached the house in 20 mins. Picked the lock in less than 30 seconds. Suggestions to owner: inform about the service charge over the phone. Ask customer to share the picture of lock and provide work/price estimate so that customer can make a better decision. With a better informed customer there is more trust and spreads your business with word of mouth.
