At first I was skeptical, the guy seemed kind of rude maybe drunk when I called him. He was somewhat hard to understand. Gave him my location n he said he'll be here soon. NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES HE WAS HERE, (Stoneville),unlocked my car without damaging it in 10 min. was NOT drunk. Very kind and funny. Seems like a good guy. I will call again if need be.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I was stranded at a gas station after having some car troubles on my way home from work at 5:30 pm on a weekday. Because I was distressed about my vehicle I went with the owner Mr. Deedle Walker’s company because he was the first person to answer the phone. After arriving and taking almost an hour to load my small car, he proceeded to take advantage of the fact that I was in distress and wanted to get home to my child by charging $200 for “after hours” service. Upon getting home and telling my husband, we found that this tow should have been between $50 and $80 given the rates of other local companies. When my husband called to ask Mr. walker why he charged so much, he told my husband that he would have done it for $80, but since she didn’t ask that the price he charged. When my husband confronted him, the owner Deedle Walker, hung up on him. When my husband tried to call him back to ask why he hung up in response to basic pricing questions and poor customer service, Mr. Walker immediately hung up the phone again and has refused to answer any further calls. Upon talking to other members of the community, we have become aware that it is well known that Walker’s is a disreputable business and is known for conning and taking advantage of customers whenever possible. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Tell everyone you know to stay away. I wish that I had pushed my car rather than allowing myself to be taken advantage of by this man and the way he runs his business.
