TERRIBLE SERVICE! The woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional and hung up on me after I asked if they copied keys. Just go somewhere else!

I have an interlock system at my house and accidentally locked myself out. I borrowed their number from my neighbor and called out for help. Their team came and created a new set of keys. Also, they handed me a spare key for the lock. Their services are commendable.

I am a security concerned person, so it’s clearly not a big deal to invest more in home security. The moment I walked into the new apartment I was annoyed thinking about possible attacks coz locks were already installed. Between confusions, I called this company and had worked with a really knowledgeable team. Once done, they sent a team of 4 to rekey entire locks. The best thing didn’t ask for any help from me. Great.

After calling at 7pm I was told someone would be by right away and that they would give me a estimate before starting the job. The workers showed up at almost 9:30pm and began drilling my sons door lock right away before giving any price. They then called me and told me it would be $408 !!! $408 dollars to drill a $10 lock from Walmart!!! I told them forget it and that I was told the job wouldn't be more than $100.... they then tried to bully me into paying them by saying they already started the work and I would have to pay $50 cancellation!!! The manager has not called me back in 5 days to make this right.... Horrible company and workers.
