Lady was super rude when I asked her about a service THEY provide. She rushed me off the phone saying we are closing. WOW.. unreal super unprofessional to be treated as such. Don’t understand how the reviews are that good when I couldn’t be helped. Time to shut down that little garage they do business out of. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I was in town on a motorcycle trip from Wisconsin when the key on my bike broke in the glove box lock. I called Mckinney and they told me to bring both pieces of the key in and they could see what they could do. I had them make 3 keys and two didn't work, but one did. I drove the bike to their location and they cut me several more until I had 3 good keys that worked on all the locks. They were patient, professional and very helpful. They were true lifesavers - great people and service!
