Easy and convenient. All keys made here worked without problem. A little more expensive than the keys manually made at hardware stores, but convenience wins!

It's a bit expensive at the same time we get to pick designs which help with knowing which keys are for what. So the pros definitely outweigh any cons.

Note: this is an automated machine inside Lucky's. It's more expensive ($7.99-9.99) than Home Depot or a locksmith if you just want a standard key copied, but otherwise it's quick and convenient. For the fancier options like colorful keys, they'll probably need to mail them to you (3-5 biz days), but at least that's free.

I bought 2 got one free. I did not like the fact that they wanted more for finishing and then offered half price on more. All three keys worked so I would definitely use the again if in a rush

The kiosk in Safeway in Castro valley sucked. Although the responsibility lies on KeyMe. Safeway allowed a kiosk in their store. They should bear some support to their customers. I had to go to another location.

I remembered seeing this machine when I go to Safeway in Castro Valley, I needed a copy quick and since it was holiday- this was perfect! Keys work perfectly and system was easy to use. So glad it was available.
