Great service - arrived quickly and had all the locks changed in no time - provided as many extra keys as I needed and offered some suggestions to make the house more secure. A non- stressful, exactly what you needed service. What I concept in this day and age. No extra things to fix up after he left, and no trips to the store to get more keys made. Highly recommended!

Chad was great. He gave me a GREAT price when I compared to other people. He came on a short notice and didn’t mind that it would be late in the evening. He was very patient and accommodating. He even helped me with my screen door and that wasn’t even part of the job—but he didn’t mind doing that to help me. I would strongly recommend using his services as I will if I ever need to again. Locked my only set of keys in my car. Since the lock/unlock button is located in the center console and there are no physical locks on the inside, I was unable to get into my car on my own. I called Metro Locksmith and spoke to someone immediately who was very polite. They said someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later, the locksmith arrived, and he got into my car in less than 90 seconds. Very friendly, polite, and reasonably priced (

If I could give 10 stars, I would. One of the nicest guys you'll meet. Loves his craft. I expected an old man for some reason when I thought of a small shoe repair shop, but he's full of youth and passion. He fixed a pair of hockey skates for me and went above and beyond. He was more reasonable than I expected, so I gave him more than he asked. I would highly recommend them.
