Paid $265 to program my key. The key didn’t work the only way my car started was when it was hooked up to their tablet that was used to start my car. I purchased new key from dealership and my car starts fine. Told locksmith he refused to believe that his key wasn’t programmed right.

Accidentally locked my dog in my car with the keys in it. They were able to come out and unlock my car in 10-15 minutes. Super quick and friendly! Thank you guys! The $10 fee for using a card is a bit ridiculous, though. Cost $90 for 10seconds of work.

The "closer" on our commercial business door was broken and I needed help fast! I called FBH and was directed to Grant. I explained our situation and Grant said he thought it would take a week to get to us for the repair. I asked Grant if there was any way to get to us sooner, since we are a business with a lot of foot traffic and he was able to arrange for the repair the very next day! I know that is probably not always possible, but I sincerely appreciate Grant and the technician helping us out right away! Thank you!
