I found their locksmith services to be cost-effective yet reliable!! The technician they sent was certified and proficient in examining outdated locks to replace or repair them, whichever feels suitable. Plus, he arrived at my place within 30 minutes as promised.

Called them to open a car door with the keys locked inside. When I called, they said the service fee would be $29 and that the technician would tell me about additional fees. When the technician came, he said the standard fee for opening the door was $150 plus the service fee. I received much lower quotes from one other locksmith ($135)service but went with these guys because of the implied lower cost. Technician was very competent and polite. Good guy. I thought whoever set the rules for discussing fees with clients is misleading and sleazy. Would not recommend. Please don't reward this type of behavior with your business.

Representative on the phone guided me to nearest kiosk. Kiosk is user friendly and quick to make keys. Tested keys right away and they were perfectly made. This is great!!

Great store, good prices, great service. Some services are :Does battery replacement for computers, fixes lamps, has doorbell supplies with camera, good regular battery prices. Has really cool battery light switches that can go indoors or out. They light up a good amount of space. Putting one in utility room where more lighting is needed, one by front outside door, one on balcony.

This KeyMe is inside Safeway. The actual key process was a little slow. I copied about three keys and was able to do all my grocery shopping before the third key dispensed.

False advertising. Called the service and got a quote for $19-$225 total to unlock a door plus $19.99 service call. My job was only to pick the easily pick-able lock to an outer glass front door. It took just seconds to pick. Surely that should have been in the $19 range. No. Full $225 plus service call. If you use this service, ASK what the minimum total fee could be to work on the lock and Prepare for the max price. Update 2/17/2021: I called the KeyMe Locksmith team per their suggestion to 'appreciate the chance to make this right.' The call center connected me with the local team in Alexandria. The associate seemed keen to help at first, but just asked for my email address and sent an electronic version of the sales receipt for that day. That was no help for the problem of a misleading quote. Haven't heard from them since. I was looking forward to the opportunity of posting a better review.

I used this kiosk to make a copy of my house key. It had plenty of options to choose from. I took less than five minutes to make 3 keys.

Got 4 keys made right at the kiosk in my local Safeway. Four keys all worked perfectly. The convenience of not having to go get them manually made at a merchant is incredible. Very pleased.
