There was an update to the firmware for our door system that I believed I was capable of handling myself. I was wrong. I did call Lock & Tech and, as always, they responded immediately and sent Zach to the rescue. Zach was at our house (in a mask) at the time he said he will, was professional, and quite knowledgeable. He fixed/updated our system and our neighbors system very fast. He was a pleasure to deal with. This is the third time our building used Lock & Tech and each time they have delivered great service. Thank you Zach and thank you Lock and Tech!

I can't say if they do a good job or NOT but the Woman I spoke to Doubled the number of hours that this job would take. DOUBLED! The tech said 2 to 3 hours SHE said 6 hours. She's a Liar! I stopped the project.
