The guy who helped me was incredibly professional, helpful, and polite. He was quick to help and installed th he battery for me. He did not ignore customers for other chitchat. I did not catch his name, but he was a young guy. The tattoos on his hands may make someone assume youthfulness, but he provided the best customer service I have had anywhere. I would return to this store hoping that he would be the person working.

I ordered a battery and was waiting for my confirmation email to pick it up. When I didn't receive an email within 30 minutes I called the store. They told me they were out of the particular battery I had ordered. The manager called me back about 30 minutes later saying he would provide me the next better battery at a reduced rate, all I needed to do was pay a small difference. He accomodated me with a better battery and made it worth my while. To me it was a win/win and I was very happy that I didn't have to wait.
