William was very professional he did the job perfectly. He knew exactly what to do. Pinpointed the problem and fixed it fast. His rates are very reasonable half of what you'd pay at big box auto shops. The greatest part of all is he comes to your house being a mobile mechanic taking the extra stress away of having to tow your car, or limp it to a shop. My wife and I are blessed to have found William.

Had to call out another mobile mechanic to fix the issues with my brakes due to loud humming and rasping sounds that Mr Rice couldn't resolve for some reason. The new mechanic said the brake pads that were installed should not have been placed on my vehicle as they were not the correct type for my car (was misled by OReillys, but one would think Mr Rice should've known that they aren't the correct kind prior to installing, right?? they were for a different model btw) and also the disc hardware clips were never replaced when Mr. Rice changed out my brake pads, the new mechanic pulled them off and showed them to me. They were OEM clips. The new mechanic was able to get me better brake pads from another auto parts shop which fixed the issue, all done in under an hour. It's been several months now and not a single problem with my brakes.

Frist of all I never write reviews but I had to do one because of the excellent service that was provided. Rice Auto is the the best! I've decided to use Rice Auto Repair for all my vehicle needs. Very knowledgeable, persistent and quick. Respectable company, made sure to communicate about what was going on with my vehicle and what was needed. I really appreciated that especially coming from a single mom who has no knowledge about car repairs. I would recommend to all!
