Edit after the company replied: You didn't unlock my trunk!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW YOU'RE LYING ADAM!! I called and beg my brother to find/bring me a spare from East side of Concord, I was on the otherwise of Huntersville Called at 9pm on a weekday to get the keys out of trunk, and they said they didn't have an automotive technician on call that night, and that they didn't any technician capable of popping open a non-power lock trunk lock. Then given the runaround about how they were doing the best they can to help. If that's the best you can do, do better or find a different profession. They get 1 star for answering the phone at 9pm.!
