I re-pinned all of the door locks and deadbolts in my new house, Charley's made me a new key from my new lock configuration and made duplicates while I waited even though they were busy and short staffed. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again the next time I need lock work. BTW, they told me they were moving to 91st and Delaware at the end of the week. That will put them closer to South Tulsa and Jenks which will be good for me.

Charley and his staff took great care of me! They were honest BEFORE I ordered my specialty key and told me that their programmer sometimes works and sometimes does not work on my model vehicle. When my key didn’t program completely after multiple attempts from the technician (the fob part doesn’t work) I wasn’t disappointed because I already knew it may or may not work. I appreciate the upfront honesty! My spare does unlock my vehicle and start the vehicle, I just have to do so manually, I can live with that for a spare!
