I had locked my keys in my car while I was at Home Goods and called Jonesboro Lock and Key. They answered the phone on the second ring allowed me to pay over the phone which was a great value!! Within a matter of maybe 10 minutes I man was there to open my door. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes from calling to opening my door!!! I will always recommend JONESBORO LOCK AND KEY!!!

Called them because they won Best of the Best in NEA .Needed a key/fob for a Volkswagen 2028 & an 2001 Chevrolet because they got lost. Gave me a story of they can't do my Volkswagen key at this time because they are waiting on a part for their machine. Been waiting 3 weeks and couldn't give me a time but said it would be 175$ and to call A to Z lock & key. I did plus 2 other locksmiths Volkswagen is a DEALERSHIP ONLY key they can't do it anyway even though they said they could. The 01 Chevrolet key isn't a program key so they do not need the "machine " to do that key but couldn't do that one either even though they're advertising says they can program, cut or replace any car or truck key. Then tells me they are just starting the vehicle key/fob part of the business and aren't able to help me at this time. False advertising, liars and bad business. If you can't do something don't lie and advertise that you can!!!!!!

Super quick at getting my car unlocked...Definitely cheaper than Tom's lock and key and more professional also...will definitely use them again in a situation where I'm locked out.
