For a store that doesn't look big on the outside, the selection inside is incredible! I honestly don't think I've ever had trouble finding exactly what I was looking for on many trips here. Wonderfully friendly staff and very reasonable prices make this the perfect stop for almost anything you need for your home projects, gardening, or even automotive needs.

Our family loves Gales hardware! Its an excellent little jewel in Kalamazoo. It’s important to support your local business; especially when they have everything you need. I saw someone post that everything is overpriced and you can never get anyone to help you. I’d have to question this. Everyone is friendly, helpful and if things may be a few cents more than the big box store they are not buying product in bulk. I haven’t ever noticed anything being overpriced. My favorite place in the store is the nuts and bolts; it reminds me of shopping with my dad. They have everything!!! Always buy your spare keys here as they have a genuine key replicator and not digital so it’s always perfect!!! Thanks Gales!!!

As always gales has all of the small parts that you need. I needed a small insert pin for a motor shaft. They had it and it was quick to find it. Love gails
