I had a little trouble finding it. The KeyMe kiosk is located inside of the Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Took over 90 minutes for someone to arrive, when I had a running car on the driveway that could not be opened. Had to call 3 times to get someone to give me an ETA. Incredibly disappointed with this service
