Water pump blew on my 05 Jeep, called Roadside Assistance, they told us who they were sending. We called and was told 30 - 45 minutes. I'm disabled with breathing issues, being familiar with the towing industry and how things can cause delay, I started to worry on the wait time. But not even 5 minutes later, Alan called and said he'd be there between 7 - 11 minutes. Very fast and courteous. Alan was great. Definitely would recommend.
