If I could give them 10 stars I would! My daughter and I needed a key for her car since she had lost hers. By the time we called Haley's we were both tired and aggravated from trying to get a simple key. Logan was calm, cool and collected and knowledgeable. Plus he didn't seemed fazed by all our anxious questions. Once we were able to get a key code from the dealership, he was able to confidently make us one (the dealership had failed us). We had directions from the dealership how to set the transponder to the car and he verified those instructions. Finally after 6 hours of struggling, the car started up with Logan's key and off she went. It was so refreshing to have someone treat us with respect and kindness in the face of our crazy! 🙂 Thank you, Logan!!
