The store is very clean, great layout , loved finding that they carry local Lewiston apparel. John helped me carry out 2 swimming pools and helped put them in my van. Exceptional customer service. And their garden section has a great variety. Everything looked green and healthy. We will definitely return . Thank you , ACE!

I love that I don't feel like I'm walking into a hardware store, but also that they function like a hometown hardware store. Able to help you with your projects and find what you need quickly. Prices are also close to the big box stores, so I choose to support the local business. Not to mention the owner is not afraid to work wherever is needed to make things work their best.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Erb's Ace Hardware for the great customer service they provided me when I stopped by to pick up a bunch of lawn fertilizer, and other yard related projects, from a big sale they were having. The gentleman was so helpful in making sure I got the correct weed and feed, with my free plant food, and the correct ground kill, so I could get my free spray bottle, and anything else I might need. Then he showed me this beautiful hanging basket that was an absolute must! I really love going to that store, Jeremy, Debbie and their team are always so helpful and the store looks amazing! Thanks Erbs, lawn is coming along nicely!! :)

Quick help to find what I needed, a recommendation on an item I was considering, and knowledge of current specials so I didn’t have to point it out at the register. The owner, like always, took a moment out of his crazy day to say hello and thank me for the business. They make it easy and a pleasure to support local business.
