My power supply for my ancient laptop bit the dust and I had spent alllllllll day trying to find a replacement. I really didn’t know this type of service could be done from a kiosk at Kroger. Yes I couldn’t get my key that day but it was a copy of my car key so they mail it to you to make sure it’s perfect. I am not going to lie. I was skeptical. But my key came in 3 days and works perfectly. And it’s a lot cheaper than the 2 times I had to pay pop-a-lock ($50 each so $100 total in just 2 months 😭😫)

The kiosk was super easy to use. Even though my key was not available at the self serve kiosk. I was able to digitally scan the key, have it made remotely and then delivered to my address. The keys work perfectly and where delivered in 4 days. 5 star.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The technician told me there was no charge, when I asked them to bill me. I later got a message saying I was going to have my details sent to the police. I called to clear the situation and talked to the rudest lady ever that pretty much in her own words said that I was lying the technician told them I didn’t pay

Key's did not work, aftewards messaged about a refund - said it was issued, messaged back to the employee about the refund and they have yet to get back to me.
