I have a Smart Car & was told the ONLY place I could get a remote, or have a battery changed AND PROGRAMMED was Mercedes of Seattle. When I called them they confirmed this and quoted me $255 plus tax to change the battery & reprogram my key. Wise Locksmith was suggested to me (Bothell location) as possibly being able to do it for me. I went in and talked to Mike. He changed the battery, and there was NO REPROGRAMMING necessary. He charged me $10.86. HONEST, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. I will be passing out their names to everyone I know for all types of locks, keys, etc.. Thank you for such a great experience!!

I looked up if they could copy vehicle keys which they advertise that they can. Attempted to copy my car key on a 2006 toyata rav 4 and got that it could not ve scanned. Someone right after me also tried with anhouse key and got the same message...this felt too good to be true from the beginning and sad to say it didnt work. Would have been awesome if it did, but again saw it fail for 2 people in 10 minutes.

I needed to get some car keys made, I used the kiosk machine to get some house keys made before with no problems -same day service. I liked the convenience so I of course went there for my spare car keys. The only thing that was an inconvenience was waiting for my keys. They came via usps days later. But they made sure I got the keys and no one else. Def. a good service that I’d recommend to any and all if u don’t need the keys ASAP.

I used their kiosk to copy some house keys. The kiosk is easy to use and they have a great selection of designer keys. The keys ship quickly and discreetly and have worked perfectly.

A key was copied and the copy worked. In doing do there were many prompts for additional services which seemed interesting, but that is not what I came for, but may keep in mind for later.
